Steel String Dreadnought 14 fret Guitars

Traditionally designed to be loud, this guitar, with a deep, wide lower body and awesome bass presence, is perhaps the world's most popular style of steel string guitar.

The carefully constructed Maingard D, however, has a unique tapered bracing pattern, voiced to enhance mid-range and treble without compromising the bass.

This voicing gives the model D a more even balance than traditionally braced bass-heavy Dreadnoughts.

To increase its versatility and for a more customized sound, scalloping of braces is recommended. Please consult the studio about this.
